Terms of Service

These terms cover the Vetta website and the one-time profile review. Questions: vetta@babaclick.com.

The review

You pay $39 once for a written review of the dating-profile materials you submit. There is no subscription. Reviewers’ opinions are subjective. We do not guarantee dates, matches, or any dating outcome. You must be 18 or older. Do not upload anyone under 18, or images you do not have the right to share.

Orders and refunds

An order is complete when we have payment and the materials needed for the review. We email the report to the address you give us. Time to delivery depends on reviewers. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund what you paid. After a report has been delivered, refunds are only where the law requires them or we agree otherwise. Do not try to identify or contact reviewers.

Your materials

You keep the rights in what you upload. You give us permission to use those materials to run the review and produce the report. The Vetta name, site, and report format stay ours. You may use your report on your own profiles; you may not resell it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost matches, emotional distress, or indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. That choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live, including in the United States.
